What it is
Content Chat is the free-form tab. No format to pick, no boxes to fill — you type what you want and she writes it.
Use it when:
- The idea is not fully formed yet
- You want three or four options to react to
- You want to plan a week of posts rather than write one
- You want to rework something you already have
- You want to ask a strategy question rather than get a draft
There is one chat tab, called Content Chat. If you have read older Suzie documentation that describes a separate "Chat" tab alongside it, that is out of date — there is no second chat tab.
Your context is already loaded
You do not need to remind Suzie who you are. In Content Chat she automatically has:
- Your Brand Foundation — city, price point, ideal client, voice, archetype, what you never want to sound like
- Your whole context library — Success Stories, CTA Collection, Core Phrases
- The Socially Sold frameworks she is trained on
- Anything she has learned from your thumbs-down feedback
So "write me a carousel about rates" already means your market, your buyer, your voice.
Attaching specific context with "+"
The + button lets you attach one specific saved item — a particular Success Story, a specific CTA, a Core Phrase — to your next message.
Use it when you want that client win in this post, rather than letting her pick. What you attach stays attached until you clear it, so you can write several posts around the same story.
Course links
When it is genuinely relevant, Suzie will cite the Socially Sold lesson that covers what you are asking about, with a link straight into the course portal. All 13 modules and 99 lessons are mapped.
This happens in chat only — never inside a draft, so your captions stay clean and copy-pasteable.
Getting better answers
Give her the situation, not just the topic. "A listing that has sat 30 days and the sellers are getting nervous" gets you something far better than "write about a listing."
Ask for a number. "Five hooks" gets you five to choose from. One request, five options.
React instead of restarting. "Third one, but angrier" or "lose the question at the start" is faster than rewriting your prompt. She is holding the thread.
Say what is wrong, specifically. "Too generic" helps a little. "You said 'stunning' twice and I never say that" fixes it permanently — see SOP U-07: Refining and Feedback.
Use it to plan. "I post three times a week, give me next week around first-time buyers" works.
Ask her why. She will explain the strategy behind a choice if you ask. She just will not clutter a draft with it unprompted.
Formatting
Replies come back formatted — headings, bold, lists — so a week's plan is actually readable.
Drafts from the generator tabs deliberately stay plain, because you are copying those straight into Instagram and formatting characters would come along for the ride.
