Prerequisites: U-02 Your Brand Foundation
The five tabs
| Tab | Use it when |
|---|---|
| Brand Archetype | You want to set or change your foundation |
| Content Chat | You do not know exactly what you want yet, or you want to talk something through |
| Reels | You want one reel, fully written |
| Carousel | You want a multi-slide carousel — and you can edit and download the slides |
| IG Stories | You want a Story sequence |
Everything except Brand Archetype needs your Brand Foundation finished first — see SOP U-02: Your Brand Foundation.
Content Chat vs the generators
This is the distinction worth understanding, because it decides where you should start.
Content Chat is a conversation. You ask, she writes, you push back, she adjusts. Use it when the idea is still fuzzy, when you want options, or when you want to think out loud. She has your whole context library loaded automatically, and she will point you at the relevant Socially Sold lesson when it is useful.
Reels, Carousel and IG Stories are structured. You make a few choices up front, she produces a properly-shaped draft in one shot, and then the tab turns into a chat so you can refine it. A reel stays reel-shaped no matter how much you refine it, which is exactly what you want.
If you know the format, start in the generator. If you do not, start in Content Chat.
Full detail: SOP U-04: Content Chat and SOP U-05: Reels, Carousels and IG Stories.
What each generator gives you
Reels — pick one of three kinds:
- Neighborhood lifestyle — sell the block, the coffee shop, the Saturday morning
- Footage + text — your hook and points as on-screen text over footage, no face on camera
- Home tour — first-person walkthrough, room by room
Carousel — pick 4, 5 or 6 slides. Five is the sweet spot. Suzie shapes it as a listicle, an educational piece or a myth-buster depending on the topic. You can then open the slides in an editor and download them — see SOP U-06: Editing and Downloading Carousels.
IG Stories — pick a goal (drive engagement, educate your audience, behind the scenes, or a market update) and how many stories you want (1, 2 or 3).
Your context library
Suzie keeps a library of your own material that you can feed into any generation:
- Success Stories — real client wins, in your words
- CTA Collection — the calls to action you actually use, editable in place
- Core Phrases / Things About Me — the lines and facts you want turning up in your content
Build these up once and toggle them on when relevant. In Content Chat they load automatically; in the generators you attach them with the toggles. This is the difference between content that sounds like a realtor and content that sounds like you.
What the drafts look like
Generator drafts are post-ready content only — the caption, the hook, the slides. No "here's why this works" commentary padding it out, so you can copy straight into Instagram.
If you want to know why she made a choice, ask her in the refine chat. She will explain then.
What Suzie will not do
There are real limits, and knowing them saves you time. See SOP U-08: What Suzie Cannot Do.
