Why this page exists

Knowing the edges saves you time. Most "Suzie is broken" reports turn out to be Suzie doing exactly what she does, just not the thing that was expected.

She does not post for you

Suzie writes content. She does not connect to your Instagram account to publish, schedule or queue anything. Instagram offers no way to post from a website, so everything she produces you save or copy out and post yourself.

She never logs in to your Instagram. She cannot see your DMs, your followers list, your insights or your analytics. The Content Audit reads only your public profile, the same thing any visitor sees.

She is not compliance advice

This is the one that matters. Everything Suzie writes is marketing and business-strategy education. It is not legal, compliance, brokerage or fair housing advice.

You are responsible for making sure what you post follows federal, state and local law, your brokerage's rules, and fair housing requirements. Read what she writes before you post it. Every time.

That is what the notice you agreed to on your first visit says, and it is not boilerplate.

Content limits

No photos or video. She writes the words. Carousels are the exception: you can design and download those slides as images, and you can put your own photo behind a slide, but she does not create photography or footage. See SOP U-06.

Carousel slides use Suzie's built-in colours and fonts, not your brand kit. You can change the colours, fonts and background from the choices in the editor, but you cannot load your own brand colours or fonts yet.

The editor does not add, remove or reorder slides. Pick the slide count you want (4, 5 or 6) before you generate. Refining keeps the same count.

Your slide edits live on the device you made them on. Open the same carousel on your phone and your laptop edits will not be there.

Reels have no spoken script. A reel comes as on-screen text, a caption and a note on what to film. There is no voiceover to read.

She does not know your listings. No MLS connection. If you want a post about a specific property, tell her about it in the prompt.

She does not know today's market data. No live rates, no inventory numbers, no comps. She will not invent figures either. If you want a market-update post with real numbers, bring the numbers.

She will not make things up about you. No invented sales, client stories or stats. If you want a win in your content, add it to your Success Stories.

One city. Your Brand Foundation has one core city. If you genuinely work two distinct markets, generate separately and give her the other city in the prompt.

Real estate content only. Ask Content Chat for something outside that (legal questions, code, general chat, another industry) and she will say she cannot help and steer you back.

Content Audit limits

Public accounts only, and only your own verified handle.

It cannot see your Stories, since they disappear after a day, and it does not look at highlights when you audit a single post.

Hidden like counts make that part of the read less certain. The audit still runs.

There is a monthly limit. Regular use will not reach it. If you do, you will see a message asking you to get in touch.

Ask Ashley limits

It only answers from approved answers. It will not guess or fill gaps from the internet. When it has nothing approved, it tells you and forwards your question to the support team.

It does not write content. Use the tabs for that.

Answers can still be wrong or out of date. If something does not match what you see in Suzie, use Need help? Contact support at the bottom of the Ask Ashley box.

Voice limits

She only knows what you told her. If your content feels generic, the usual cause is thin Brand Foundation answers, especially the "season of life" and "what you never want to sound like" questions. Go back and make them specific. See SOP U-02.

She is not a mind reader on the first try. The first draft is a starting point. The refine chat and the thumbs are how she converges on your voice. See SOP U-07.

Things that look broken but are not

What you see What is actually happening
Every tab greyed out except Brand Archetype Your Brand Foundation is not finished. Finish it and they unlock
No "Edit & download" button on the Carousel tab You have not generated a carousel yet. It appears with the slides
"Ready. Tap Share." after tapping Share The image was still being prepared. Tap Share once more
"This browser can't share image files" Your browser does not support sharing images. Use Download instead
The compliance notice again It was updated; read and tick it again
A draft with no "why this works" explanation Deliberate. Drafts are post-ready content only. Ask in the chat if you want the reasoning
Ask Ashley says it has no approved answer yet Nothing approved matches your question. It has been passed to the support team, who will email you
An audit error that says it didn't count Something failed on our side. Try again in a few minutes; you have lost nothing
"Looks like the embed lost its session" Suzie lost its sign-in inside the course portal. Open it in a new tab from the course
A "no access" screen Suzie was not opened from the course portal, or your enrolment is not active. Use Go to my course
